Learn how my life coaching can help you grow, evolve, and reach your personal goals.
For those looking to commit to and invest in changing their lives, a Discovery Session is an “opening the relationship conversation” to determine if we want to work with each other.
The short answer – it works. Many counselors and therapists are converting their practices to coaching these days simply because a coaching model is often more effective.
Traditional therapy tends to medically diagnose and label. Often prescribing pharmaceutical medications, which can help short term, but often mask underlying conditions and do not produce long term results.
Because we’re not looking for quick fixes or bandaid approaches, life coaching can help you cut to the core of what is holding you back. It helps to uncover the deeper inner workings of your current lifestyle, and shows you how to adjust and maneuver in order to climb higher and build on your successes in order to reach your goals.
Life coaching, and my approach in particular, works to hold you accountable and objective, while enjoying the process along the way — which is key to making any lifestyle habit change become your new norm.
While I am trained as a life coach, much of my coaching is based on life experience. I created the Living Healthy Happy Days habit change coaching programs to be interactive, action based, and solution focused. They include the right support, the right accountability, and the right system (the right steps in the right order). Concentrating on the here and now, with a foundation based on Universal principles (what is true), we uncover the deeper inner workings of your current lifestyle and the results you’re getting, in order to create a future experience that is aligned with a more authentic self.
Together, we’ll take small steps that build momentum, so you can be different, without having to think about being different. I’m here to help bring awareness to areas that may be sabotaging your success that you aren’t even aware of. As well as making sure your mindset and internal beliefs are in alignment with what you want to create in your external world. Most importantly, I hold a powerful vision for you, so no matter what state you show up in during our sessions, I help you step forward and say yes to yourself and your dreams, in a way you haven’t done before. So that you not only reach your goals, but understand how to sustain them while stepping into that next level of your evolution.

Living Healthy Happy Days Recovery Program is a holistic, non-12 Step, non-faith based program, based on finding out your “why” underneath the behaviors.
Dependency on substances is essentially a method of coping with life. Substances are used as support, even if that support is damaging. Freedom from dependency starts with understanding that substances and addictive behaviors are not the real problems. Alcohol, tobacco, prescription medications, street drugs, food binging, co-dependency, internet addiction / pornography, and even gambling, are merely the substances or behaviors people are using to cope with the REAL problems – poor health, emotional pain, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, or depression.
Alcoholism and addiction are not “diseases” and you are not “incurable.” You have merely become dependent on substances to cope with underlying conditions. When those underlying conditions are discovered and healed, the need for alcohol, drugs, or addictive behaviors will disappear along with the cravings.
I’ve combined the best of everything I have learned in 13 years of continuous recovery and packaged it all in this program. It works especially well for those who do not resonate with12-step programs or who have relapsed again and again after going through a treatment facility.
This is an open, non-judgmental space. I support the use of cannabis and psychedelics for those that wish to use these medicines as a bridge to get to where they want to be.
For many, using alternative medicines is not an option. When you begin implementing the tools, the support, and accountability that come with this program, you are on your way to Living Healthy Happy Days!
MORE ON ALTERNATIVE MEDICINES….
PSYCHEDELIC assisted healing can open up ones inner self to process difficult and traumatic experiences, break destructive thought patterns and behaviors, help people love themselves and each other, connect to their deeper spiritual being and restore ones connection to life.
TODAY, medical researchers at UCLA, NYU, Johns Hopkins, along with many other universities and major medical centers, have been granted FDA approval to pursue trials of psilocybin mushrooms and MDMA to treat trauma, PTSD, depression, addictions, and end-of-life anxiety. The results of these clinical trials are extremely encouraging.
MDMA, with its uncanny ability to create feelings of security and well-being combined with acute focus, creates an ideal state for processing traumatic events of the past. When the over-riding feeling is one of safety, the mind is then comfortable to explore, re-pattern, and heal trauma. One trial showed that 3 sessions of MDMA assisted therapy dramatically eased symptoms for sufferers of PTSD.
PSILOCYBIN, shifts the mind away from fear and survival patterns, and facilitates new ways of looking at problems. The experience can be incredibly spiritual, offering a different perspective on addictions, trauma, mental health, death, and the nature of Life itself. In one trial of psilocybin assisted therapy, 80% of patients were cured of depression after a single dose.
KETAMINE, FDA approved in 1970, works by triggering the release of neurotransmitters that promote the formation of new neural connections – allowing your brain to rewire and heal. This process resets unhealthy thought patterns, supports emotional healing, and works to improve mood and emotional balance.
This medicine isn’t just for depression and can address multiple conditions at once. It’s proven effective for conditions like anxiety, PTSD, and addiction, making it a versatile option for people who haven’t found relief through traditional methods. One study showed that 89% of participants reported Improvement in their depression or anxiety symptoms, and 63% of those participants experienced a greater than 50% reduction.
SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER – a devastating epidemic. Nearly 25 million Americans suffer from at least one addiction. Death’s caused by drug overdose have more than tripled since 1990. Whether alcohol, opioids, cocaine, nicotine, or other substances, addiction is a serious problem that compels those in its grips to repeatedly use substances in spite of the harmful consequences. Addictions can destroy marriages, friendships, and careers. They threaten the person’s health and safety AND the health and safety of others. Conventional treatments are often ineffective, and relapses are common.
DEPRESSION – the silent killer. It is the leading cause of mental health disability WORLDWIDE. According to the World Health Organization, depression affects nearly 300 million people. It robs people of their joy in life, reduces life expectancy by an average of 10 years by damaging the brain and body, and results in nearly 1 million suicides every year. There is an URGENT NEED for alternative medicines that can help bring hope and healing to all those who are suffering from depression.
PTSD – the invisible wound. The trauma associated with combat, gun violence, abuse, childhood trauma, sexual assault, and disasters can lead to severe symptoms that include reliving traumatic events, severe anxiety, insomnia, hostility, self-destructive behaviors, and suicide.
END-OF-LIFE anxiety. Many people experiencing terminal illnesses and old age are also plagued by debilitating anxiety. Current anti-anxiety medications can often be inadequate and come with SEVERE SIDE EFFECTS that leave patients overly sedated. Those with terminal illnesses deserve to live out their last days alert, content, stress-free, and emotionally well.
MORE ON PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION COACHING….
What is psychedelic integration?
Psychedelic integration is inner work designed to incorporate insights gained from psychedelic experiences into the practice of everyday life. The process involves reflection, releasing, and ultimately recreating one’s life in alignment with what is uncovered with the use of psychedelic medicine. It requires one to honestly share thoughts and emotions that arise during and after the experiences to ensure that what has been uncovered is addressed. These practices are important for both microdosing and therapeutic doses.
Pre-integration activities include setting clear intentions, clarifying goals, and cultivating a mindset that is conducive for a positive experience.
Post-integration techniques are tailored to individual needs. Common practices include journaling, meditation, visualization, and somatic practices such as: stretching, breathing exercises or ecstatic dance – all of which help process and integrate the emotions, thoughts, and experiences that arise.
Why work with a psychedelic integration coach?
Working with a psychedelic integration coach offers valuable support to those who embark on an alternative medicine journey. As an experienced practitioner, I offer individual guidance to help navigate insights and emotions that arise by providing a safe and supportive space for discussing these experiences. I help you make sense of profound experiences by translating them into actionable steps for personal growth and emotional healing.
