LEGAL Refund Policy

Introduction

I am committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines eligibility for refunds and cancellations.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted if:

  • A 12 session – 90 program was paid for in full and after FOUR completed sessions you feel it is not working for you.
  • A service was booked, paid for, and canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
  • A digital product was purchased but was not downloaded or accessed.
  • A technical issue prevented access to paid content.

NOTE: Life coaching is a powerful process and at times, you may feel “up against a wall” or as if “something isn’t working.” Feeling uncomfortable is often a perfect sign that you are releasing obstacles and limiting beliefs. It requires a commitment to follow through to the end.  This is when the rewards come.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not available for:

  • 4 session – 30 day programs.
  • Services already rendered.
  • Missed or late appointments.
  • Downloaded or accessed digital products.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email: livinghealthyhappydays@gmail.com with proof of purchase and a refund request. Refunds are processed within 14 business days – usually sooner.
