My own healing journey has been profoundly enriched by psychedelics. After receiving that 7^th DUI in June 2011, I found recovery in a 12-step program. This support gave me a foundation to begin turning my life around.  However, I was still struggling internally – suffering from unresolved trauma and PTSD that was making me feel disconnected and lost.  Nearly one year into this new life of sobriety, the alternative medicines showed up. And they did so right in the neighborhood of the small mountain town in Colorado where I lived at the time!  The medicines were calling me….. so I said yes, and stepped into this work wholeheartedly!

Guided by trained facilitators from all around the world, I have experienced dozens of deep journeys with psilocybin, ayahuasca, peyote, MDMA and ketamine. These medicines along with a dedication to doing the inner work, helped restore my connection to myself.

Today, I am honored to share some of these tools of transformation with others through a safe, intentional practice and thorough support.

While healing past trauma and recovering from substance use dependencies can be achieved with the holistic life coaching practices I offer, many others do benefit from the additional help of the medicines.
